PTP’s three step process starts with an intensive, personalised Business Strategy Session. Using homework done ahead of time, this identifies your goals, obstacles and opportunities. It’s all about where you are now, where you want to go, and how you want to get there.

The day is totally tailored for your needs—it can be one-on-one or involve other key team members. But while who you involve is fluid depending on what you want to achieve, the result is the same: you leave with a one-page roadmap for your vital next steps, plus confidence and clarity around achieving commercial success.

Yes, it’s a serious time and money investment but our experts believe that what is identified and understood about your business in one strategy day would take three months to achieve via business consulting. You get context, heaps of detail and a great head start.
