Tamara Daniel, known as Tam, became a partner at PTP in 2022 after more than a decade with the firm. Named one of Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting globally in 2021, she was recognised for leading a government-funded mentoring program that supported over 50 rural businesses during the height of COVID.
In her hometown of Cobram, Tam is a leading expert in the business advisory arm. Tam specialises in personal mentoring of local business owners, using her experience as an accountant and irrigation business owner to help them negotiate roadblocks and progress their business to the next level.
Tam is also the co-host of Profits Plus and Biz-IQ, where she brings a personal, no-nonsense approach to mentoring. “The best part of my job is watching someone go from overwhelmed to in control. I love helping people find clarity and make decisions that push their business forward.”
