Raised in country Victoria and proud of its values, Joe became a partner three years after he joined the team in 2010. Now a key player in PTP’s business advisory arm, Melbourne-based Joe asks two things of clients: an absolute commitment to personal and business goals, and that they understand and commit to the level of accountability needed to achieve them.
A father of two, Joe builds relationships with his wide variety of clients—many in trades, engineering and manufacturing—and uses his accounting background to future-proof their personal and financial success. “As a business advisor, I keep business owners accountable and help them change and grow their businesses. I find out where they want to go, then take them there. The satisfaction of seeing them break down barriers they’ve created then take it to the next level is immense.”
Joe thrives on the “change, momentum and success” clients achieve: “I love seeing them understand changing one little thing makes a big difference. I get real enjoyment out of people pushing themselves and their boundaries, and having faith in their ability to achieve what they set out to do.”
His hidden talent? “I spent most of my teenage years and twenties drumming in cover bands all over country Victoria.” (Favourite song to play: Everlong.)
